Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Who We Are

Benita AI Labs ("we", "us") operates benitalabs.ai and the Benita Connect (Preview) browser extension. This policy explains how we handle information from the website and the extension.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, country, Amazon marketplace, revenue range, number of ASINs, primary challenge, and any message you include. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also records standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to provide information about our products and services that you requested, and to understand the needs of the sellers we serve. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website and manage inquiries (such as hosting and lead-management tools), and only to the extent needed to do so. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Data Security

Information is encrypted in transit, and access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Cookies

This website currently uses only technically necessary functionality and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Benita Connect: Information and Purpose

Benita Connect (Preview) links this browser to an authorized Benita account after sign-in and explicit confirmation. It handles the Benita account ID and display email, a one-time attempt ID and signed handoff, a temporary public key, a device ID, a connection token, and expiry information. It sends connection requests only to app.benitalabs.ai. Benita uses these details to establish the connection, check account access, support revocation, and prevent abuse. This preview does not read Amazon pages, cookies, passwords, browsing history, or financial information, and does not perform Amazon actions.

Benita Connect: Storage and Retention

The extension keeps a pending connection attempt in Chrome session extension storage for up to five minutes. After confirmation, it keeps the account ID, display email, device ID, connection token, server public key, and expiry time only in that browser-session storage. Chrome clears this data when the browser restarts, the extension reloads, or it is removed; reconnecting is then required. The server device expires after seven days unless revoked earlier. Benita's service journal records the account and device IDs, a hash of the token, connection-ticket metadata, and connection and revocation audit events. These journal records currently have no automatic deletion period. Revoking a connection disables server access but does not itself erase the journal. The service also processes the request IP address briefly for rate limiting and may retain ordinary technical server logs for security and reliability.

Benita Connect: Sharing and Security

Connection requests use HTTPS to Benita's application. Microsoft Azure hosts the application and its connection journal. Supabase supports Benita account authentication; Resend may deliver authentication emails when needed. These providers process information as needed to operate those services. Benita does not sell extension data or use it for advertising or lending decisions. The extension does not send the connection token to Amazon.

Benita Connect: Your Choices and Limited Use

You can revoke the browser connection from Browser connections in Benita. Closing Chrome or removing the extension clears its in-memory connection record, although the server device remains until expiry or revocation. For questions or requests about account, device, or journal records, contact us through the website contact page. We use information received through Chrome extension APIs only to provide and protect the browser connection, in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us at any time. Contact us through our contact page and we will respond promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
